769 Marlin Drive

This is one of the few Cape Cod style homes in Beaufort designed by architect Jack Graham of Salisbury, Maryland. The 17th century timeless style was designed for the coastal climate with simple details, wood shingles, steep roof, dormers, wood flooring, lattice, white trim.  Obvious curb appeal for resale.  This home has had the same owner for thirty years and well maintained.  A must see….cozy, warm, inviting, a wood burning fireplace, a perfect beach home for getting away to or for year round living.
